On line medical records 3 Years ago
I heard someone on the radio today point out that after the Katrina disaster, clinics and medical centers were without power for many days. If all your medical records are on line, as the Obama administration wants, how could you receive treatment at one of these centers? At least the current way allows staff to look you up in the patient file cabinets.
